Hill – ICON Stevenage

Spiers Decorating Contractors is proud to be contributing to The Icon development by Hill Group in Stevenage. This landmark regeneration of the former Icon office site on Lytton Way will deliver 576 new homes across seven residential blocks rising up to 16 storeys.

Our Role

As specialist decorators on the project, Spiers is tasked with delivering high-quality interior finishes throughout the development. From precision painting to expert application of decorative coatings, Spiers will ensure every unit meets the exacting standards expected by Hill’s construction and design teams.

Project Highlights

• Delivered in partnership with Hill Residential, with homes ranging from affordable through to private rent/ownership.
• Former office building to be demolished, making way for modern apartments in seven blocks up to 16 storeys high.
• Prime location next to Stevenage town centre, close to transport connections and local amenities.
• Affordable homes included as part of the mix, with strong design standards and community-focused amenities (green spaces, balconies, secure cycle storage etc.).
